We offer free return shipping on orders in the United States.
This Holiday Season, we have extended our return and exchange window to within 90 days of delivery.
If 90 days or more have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not offer free return shipping for customers outside of the United States.
International customers are responsible for shipping their return or exchange back to us at their own cost. For an international exchange, we will incur the cost of shipping the new item to you, but you must first send us back the original order.

Please note, if you have stretched your Sabahs or worn them outside, we cannot accept a return as we cannot restock and sell a worn (or even slightly worn) pair. Each pair will be carefully inspected upon return, to ensure quality. We only accept returns for new, unworn items.
This policy is subject to change by Sabah in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if your purchase is made in connection with a special promotion or sweepstakes.

Our online returns portal will provide you with a shipping label (PDF) that you can print at home and use to ship us back your Sabahs.
Return shipping labels are generated for the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Returns & exchanges can also be made in-store at any Sabah House location.
