We offer Free Returns & Exchanges within the US

Please, review the policy guidelines & information below before submitting your return request:

Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt

For an order to be eligible for return or exchange, you must send back your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

That said -- We understand that things can happen, so if you are needing to request a return outside of the standard window, please email portal@sabah.am to submit an override request.

Our team can review your case, and discuss the available options with you.

We only accept items back that are in New & Unworn condition

If you have worn your pair outside, we cannot accept it back for a return or an exchange.

This is because we cannot restock & sell (even slightly) worn Sabahs & Babas.

Each pair will be carefully inspected upon return to ensure quality.

We encourage you to try on your Sabahs indoors to see how they fit before wearing them outside.

To that end, we are here to help troubleshoot fit - you can email us at portal@sabah.am for support.

International Returns Information

We do not offer free return shipping for customers outside of the United States.

International customers are responsible for shipping their return or exchange back to us at their own cost.

For an international exchange, we will incur the cost of shipping the new item to you, but you must first send us back the original order.

To coordinate an international return, please email us at portal@sabah.am.

This policy is subject to change by Sabah in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if your purchase is made in connection with a special promotion or sweepstakes.

To initiate a return via our online portal (linked below), you will need the 6-digit order number, shipping zip code, & order email address.

This information can be found in the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

In-store Purchase Returns

To return or exchange an item you purchased in store, there are two primary options.

If you are still close by, we would absolutely love to host you back into the shop for your return. Our team will take great care of you!

Not in town anymore? Process a return online.

You will need the 6-digit order number & the email address that was taken in-store.

This information can be found on the receipt/confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

Gift Exchanges

Returning a gift? Need a new size or want a different color?

We can help!

If you have access to the 6-digit order number & shipping zip code/order email address, you can process an exchange via our online portal (linked below).

If not, you can send us an email at portal@sabah.am with the gifter's name & email address.

We can use those details to locate the original order and start your return.

Final Sale Items & Restrictions

Certain items & collections in our market place are marked for final sale or have detailed return restrictions.

If you have questions about a final sale item or a return restriction, please email us at portal@sabah.am.

  • This online Returns Portal is for orders placed within the US & Canada only.
  • We do not offer free return shipping from APO & DPO addresses.

For returns from the US & Canada*, our online returns portal will provide you with a shipping label that you can print at home and use to ship us back your return.

*Canada-based customers are responsible for return shipping fees in the returns portal.
