Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
For items that are in-stock, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be
processed for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a
shipping notification email with tracking information.
Our standard shipping service typically delivers to any
destination in the continental US within 5 business days. For items that are
in production, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your pair to be produced
and shipped to you. We are dedicated to fulfilling orders as quickly as
possible. Every order is packed with care by the Sabah team.
Once a package has left our fulfillment center, our ability to guarantee an exact delivery date becomes hindered; therefore, Sabah is not responsible for or in control of any unexpected courier errors or delays.
Expedited Shipping
We offer a variety of expedited shipping services at checkout.
If you pay for expedited shipping, your order will be shipped out that same day if the following conditions are met:
- Your order is placed before 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped out on the following business day.
- The items you ordered were listed as "in-stock" and not "in-production"
>> "UPS Next Day Air" does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you
place an order on Friday and select Next Day Air, your package will not
arrive until MONDAY
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

>> Sabah is based in the United States, and all shipments outside of
the US are considered international.
>> The country we ship your order to may impose a
duty or tax
on your shipment, depending on the declared value of what you order.
>> The receiver will be responsible for settling all import duties
charged.
>> Our default international shipping is DDU (delivery duty unpaid)
which means that the customer is responsible for paying the taxes and
duties. You will be contacted by customs once your shipment arrives to
settle any charges in order for the shipment to be released and delivered.
Where do you ship from?
For all orders placed on our US site (sabah.am), we ship from our warehouse in Stamford, Connecticut. For orders placed on our EU/UK website (ukshop.sabah.am/), we fulfill those orders from our UK shipping center in London also know as Sabah House 50 Chiltern St.
What shipping service do you use?
Our standard shipping service for US Domestic orders is US Postal Service, but we also offer different shipping services with UPS. You will see the available services and their prices at checkout.
For international orders, we use UPS or DHL.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping; however, we do offer free returns by mail within the US. If you prefer to pick up in-store feel free to call your nearest Sabah House location to place an order over the phone for in-store pickup. We are happy to assist!
Duties & Taxes for international customers
Orders can be placed through the USA or the UK Sabah website. If you live in either the USA or the UK it is important that you place your order from the appropriate website, to avoid import duties.
Orders shipped outside of the US or UK are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country/region. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of their shipment.
Other Shipping notes
- If you order multiple items, your order may ship to you in multiple packages. This is based upon inventory availability and your delivery address.
- Overnight and Saturday shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change. Please see options at checkout.
- Please always make sure your shipments will be delivered to a secure address. Sabah is not responsible for and cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
