We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, analytical, and proactive operator to help manage the flow of product across Sabah — from forecasting and inventory planning to factory communication and production tracking. This person will own inventory planning and purchasing across categories, place and manage factory orders, track timelines and deliveries, and help ensure the right products arrive at the right time. You’ll work closely with our Founder & CEO, CFO, Design Team as well as retail and marketing leaders to keep launches, restocks, and seasonal deliveries moving smoothly. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves systems, spreadsheets, product, and bringing order to fast-moving creative businesses. Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, or consumer products preferred. Full-time, NYC-based ideal but remote possible.

You’re an up-and-coming creative eager to join a highly creative, nimble, and fun team focused on telling thoughtful stories and building a distinctive brand. You’re multidisciplinary by nature — equally comfortable designing graphics, capturing casual iPhone content, writing a bit of copy, and helping manage our Instagram presence. You enjoy variety, move easily between projects, and aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on, full-time, NYC-based role. One day you might be designing an email campaign from our office, the next shooting content at a Sabah House — and occasionally, even traveling to places like Istanbul. Strong graphic design skills are a must; social content experience is a plus. This is a junior role, ideal for someone early in their career — perhaps a recent creative graduate or someone with 1–3 years of experience in a creative role.
