Milk Candle by Andrej Urem $45

These candles by Sculptor Andrej Urem caught our attention for their sculptural qualities and beautiful glow. Inspired by both bumpy surfaces found in nature and the geometric patterns made by man, each all-natural soy wax candle passes through Urem’s hands 10 times before it’s finished. Hot wax is poured into a mold, degassed to remove bubbles, and then cleaned. A cotton wick is inserted in the middle and the candle cools for four hours. The candles burn straight down through a cylinder in the middle, emitting a soft, lamp-like glow. So lovely :)
